1. Trial Lesson

   1. Please follow our prompt instructions to complete your registration and payment.

   2. The trial lesson will be organised according to your registration information.

2. Payment and cancellation

   1. Please follow our prompt instructions to complete your payment.

   2. Your class will only be scheduled once full payment has been made.

   3. If you wish to cancel or reschedule the trial class, a written notice must be emailed to BrightSpark Learning Centre 5 business days prior to the trial date.

   4. There will be no refund or rescheduling if there is no written notice or the written notice is not received 5 business days prior to the trial date.

   5. If you wish to enrol the course on the trial day, the trial fee can be deducted in tuition.

3. Photography
   From time to time your child may be photographed or videoed whilst undertaking a trial class. Such media might be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to reproduction on the BrightSpark social media platform. By enrolling in the trial class you agree to such use by BrightSpark learning centre. Parents are not to take videos or photographs that include other children in the class without the permission of that parent/guardian.

4. Collecting your child
   We take the security of all students (and staff) very seriously, but our teachers cannot take responsibility for children once the lesson has finished. Please ensure that you arrive promptly to collect your child/children once the lesson has ended. You are welcome to use our waiting area while the lesson takes place if you wish. Please note : no smoking is allowed on the premises.

5. No Food or Drink
   Please do not bring onto the premises any outside food or drinks other than bottled water with a lid. Some pupils may have allergies and not bringing food onto the premises will help to keep them safe. Thank you for your understanding.

6. Time changes
   All trials are subject to change. While BrightSpark uses its best efforts to organise the trial lessons as per the timetable published on the website, in some instances changes are required due to fluctuations in demand. No guarantee is made that classes will run per the timetable. Any changes required will be communicated to those affected prior to the date classes commence.

7. Illness Policy

   1. DO NOT ATTEND the trial class if you or your child/ren are:

      1. have fever or symptoms of respiratory infection (cough, sore throat, shortness of breath).

      2. returned from overseas in the last 14 days

      3. been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19: (coronavirus) in the last 14 days

   2.  You cannot attend the trial class until you are medically cleared.
