We offer credit card, and purchase order payment options.

Delivery

 

We aim to despatch your order within 7 business days. If your order is substantially delayed, we will endeavour to contact you by phone or email and advised of a new delivery timeline.

Australian domestic and New Zealand orders are despatched using many different carriers and are subject to standard delivery times

Returns

 

Our Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the Products repaired or replaced if the Products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. If you decide you no longer require the product ordered, or it is not suitable for your needs, you are able to return it to us and receive a full refund of the purchase price (excluding freight) within 14 days of the invoice date. We must receive the product in full resalable condition to process the refund.

Please note: All prices are quoted in $AUD and include GST.

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.     

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

We will not see or store your credit card details – credit card payments are processed through secure payment gateway, Securepay. 

The email address you supply to us when you order is used to send you order confirmation and shipping confirmation.
